After finishing 2 DasArts Blocks, block 20 "Continuum, Ancient Technologies, borders and Transcendence" by Ong Keng Sen and block 21 "Terrorism" by Discordia actually from the DasArts dancing floor directly to the airport, I started my IT research. Travelling to India immediately as I was planning to film before the Heat would make travelling impossible. Only 3 days before my departure Jan van de Berg and Harco Haagsma advised me not to film at al, wich also meant leaving the website structure behind, but experience the trip thoroughly. This advice taken by heart has led me to research and experience directly. An unexpected challenge, certainly not leaving me without fear and not only because of a different not-working attitude, there would be much more time to experience the aftermath of a Tsunami on the South India coast as well.

During the winter holidays I had written my proposal coming from a very old wish to investigate value of an ancient cosmology and profession of mine as a source for theatre and performance: Astrology. Merely by approaching a source of realms or characters by their archetypal energy, researching via ancient temple rituals. A source from where to start the drama of life, Dramayama.

From this point my DasArts IT became a research on many fields, Not only in search for the true starting point of my urge and motivation, I also started analyzing my working methods by observing myself in hindsight. Discovering performance theorist's experts in my exploration filed like Richard Schechner, and my wish to connect my work to philosophy. I have to say the Theory part of my work is not yet something I can clearly vocabularise or even written text in this sense is something fairly new to me, including the making of a website report. I made the decision to take a half a years break from DasArts to continue to study and realize opportunities born from my IT research. A ripening time in which I hope to abstract a mature decision of direction for my Final Project.
